About Us
Artifact Press publishes books of all kinds. Our first offerings are ones we wrote (BJ and Lon). BJ writes inspirational columns and religious shorts. Lon is more into sci-fi and scientific introspectives. Try some and see what you think.
 The two of us were born in Iowa but now:
 
  • We live in Mississippi (for almost 40 years)
  • Have backgrounds in science and theater
  • Live on a small farm in the country. 
 
Our books are more than just a hobby for us. They represent who we are, and maybe who would like to be.
 
BJ is a successful contributer to the Hattiesburg American where she's published a monthly religious column for 20 years. Recently she's been included in the Upper Room, with multiple inspirational offerings.
Lon is a retired science professor with over 300 refereed papers in professional journals. He is also the principle behind the leading polymer education website in the world, the Polymer Science Learning Center (www.pslc.ws).
